Let us help our community!

Riverside has many opportunities to help the homeless, and daily the number of those needing assistance is increasing.  Below is a list of non-perishable items that provide the best supplies for those who have no facilities for cooking.

• POP TOP CANS: tuna, chicken, fruit, beans, chili, soups

• INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED: crackers, pop tarts, raisins, juice boxes, applesauce, pudding

Please note: Do not bring old, outdated cans of food out of your home pantry.  We cannot distribute those items or share them with a local food bank.  We end up just throwing the cans out.

Should our cup “overflowith” with a surplus of food, donations will be shared with St. Vincent DePaul’s food pantry at Our Saviour’s Catholic Church.
