In support of the OMEC Purpose, this Commission creates committees and provides committee oversight, management, and funding.

The programs of the Outreach, Missions, and Evangelism Commission (OMEC) are divided into the committees.

Each committee has a chairperson who ensures that the programs for that committee are scheduled, staffed, funded, executed, and documented.  To add a new program or to remove a program from a committee, requires the approval of the Commission.

Each program has a Program Coordinator who is in charge of the program and sees that the program is successfully completed.
